IEBA is pleased to announce a program of six online workshops from the University of Sydney, National Centre for Cultural Competence. These highly interactive workshops build on each other to help you develop a deep understanding of cultural competence and as the series progresses you will develop a cultural competence framework and action plan that is relevant to your context.
The workshops will:
- supports leaders from a range of diverse boarding contexts to develop their capability, capacity and resilience for culturally competent leadership.
- support you to actively, ethically, respectfully and successfully engage in intercultural settings.
- helps you to engage meaningfully with diverse cultures and deepen connections between leadership, cultural competence and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander contexts.
